It will never be supplied to anyone outside Noddy's Nursery School without first obtaining your consent, unless we are obliged to disclose it by law.

We use return e-mail addresses to answer the emails we receive in order to provide a childcare service / update you on your child’s application for a place at Noddy’s Nursery School. The information is not used for any other purpose and is not shared with outside parties.

Parents that are registered on our waiitng list can unsubscribe from it at any time by contacting us at office@noddysnursery.com and your data that we held up until that time will then be removed and no longer available for our use. 

To prevent unauthorised access, maintain data accuracy and ensure the correct use of information, we have put in place appropriate physical, electronic and managerial procedures to safeguard and secure the information we collect online. We will ensure that all personal information supplied is held securely, in accordance with GDPR.

If you are under 18, please get your parent/guardian's permission beforehand whenever you provide personal information to Noddy's Nursery School's website. Users without this consent are not allowed to provide us with personal information.

We may use 'cookies' for administrative purposes such as cataloguing traffic patterns throughout the website and can use a cookie to assign a 'user ID' for this purpose.
